Question?China Aster Callistephus chinensis 'Hulk' seeds

Some one sent me China Aster Callistephus chinensis 'Hulk' seeds, I have no idea how to sprout them, does anyone here know anything about them and how to sow the seeds? Here is a link about them but no info on how to germinate them.

This plant is an annual. Plant in ground or a pot. Needs full sun. Water well till seed sprouts, then don't over water. Collect seeds to plant next year.
