I think this is Euphorbia lactea - can someone confirm that please and be more specific if poss. I bought it in agarden centre in France where it was sitting in a saucer full of water, I thought it needed saving and I've become really fond of it. I've seen the image of ? 'Silver Ghost' but it's not nearly so white
Euphorbia ID please ? lactea
Euphorbia lactea variegata also called 'White Ghost' or 'Grey Ghost' is much more white than yours. Yours could be E. lactea (not variegated subspecies) http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/91573/ .
You can also check other Euphorbia in PlantFiles: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/adv_search.php?Search=Click+here+to+search+for+plants
though Euphorbia is a very large genus. Some do look similar to E. lactea, for example E. trigona, E. ammak, and E. pseudocactus.
E. lactea it is then, thanks bagel_k
