Hello,
I planted a kind of "spring mix" leaf lettuce that is now about 5 or 6 inches tall and seems ready to harvest. I was wondering if more lettuce will grow from these plants if I cut some of the leaves? Or should I take the entire plants out at once?

Spring Mix is a leaf lettuce (as opposed to a head lettuce) so it will keep coming back. Harvest a few leaves from each plant. You can harvest the whole thing if you want.
