I had a kalanchoe tomentosa which flourished reasonably well and it started to dry off at the stem. I repotted it. It didn't help. Now a stage had come that only one tip of the branch was left with 4-5 leaves. I have cut it and repotted it in a small pot. Now this doesn't seem to be growing. It remains to be 2-3 inches. Will this survive? This is the only piece I have. There aren't too many rusty spots. What has gone wrong?
Save this!
Kalonchoes are very easy to root, even from a leaf. I would just take a leaf or 2 and lay them on some light soil and keep slightly damp for a few days. Or, you might put the stem of the leaf in water for a few days, you should see roots.
I'll try with a leaf (only few left) in a desperate move. Thanks Aza.
