Wow! I haven't seen a frog that large since I left the South. I think yours have been getting into the plant food! ;)

I can't believe you have a toad. Thant is very cool. I didn't know they were up here. Heronswood has bullfrogs and they are huge and make funny noises. I think they are bad and eat other frogs but still pretty cool seeing big one. Heidi
We do have the huge bullfrogs also. There is another one a bit smaller than the one in the picture that lives in my courtyard.
willow your garden is sooo beautiful! I can wait til mine and moms grow in like that! thanks for sharing :o) the pix are encouraging! :o) ~ love the fur babies too!

Thanks Anjl, Hope you will soon recover from your trip up here. It was just amazing how much work you all accomplished.
lol, I still havent left yet! will be leaving soon tho, hope to get home tomorrow sometime.
Our current project. This is the stump of a very tall flowering plum that shaded the entire courtyard until last fall. We decided to dig it out and cut it off so we could fill it in and put the bricks back. The area had been raised inches with the roots. Got this far and called a bunch of people who grind stumps. Found one to do it for $75 and told him he had it. Will be here next Tuesday and then we will replace everything.
Meanwhile all the furfaces are enjoying the new sandbox.^_^
