Has anyone asked you yet for your Gold Standard? I lost mine this year and would love to have it. I just dug all my divisions for the secret hosta swap, but I'll see if I can't find an extra out there to trade.
Marian, gotcha down for the coneflowers. I will also add you for the toads, but I will have to check and see how many I can dig. If I can't dig, I'll start some rooting. The cuttings root very easily and will still bloom in the fall for you.
mmmmmm......how do you root toads?...diggin I can understand as all the ones hoppin in my yard hide in the ground but I never knew you could root them I thought they reproduced naturally ....hehehehehe...sorry couldn't resist it :)

Hey, Phyllis, I had this colony of Gulf coast toads that moved into my tiny little pond this year. They are INCREDIBLY loud! They've been keeping us awake nights! Well, finally they got the job done, and I thought we were going to have tadpoles. But... yesterday they all hatched, and then they died. :( I was sooo disappointed!
what a bummer I'd offer ya some of my toads but I don't' know how to tell what is what on them and really don't care to learn LOL....there aren't as may around right now as there was last year but I see a few now and then.
Heaven I have no idea what kind of nanners they are I got them from Madrid2000 at the buffalo Ru she needed to get rid of them and I offered to take them to find them all homes ....they are a solid grass green leaf is all I can tell ya.
