Some look more purple and some more blue and others seem to have a blue ray with purplish tones in the blizzard. Some have a darker more consistent blizzard. So now I must pick and grow again to try and get the look I want.
Sandra, That turned out very pretty! I`m pleased to see one of the results and I happened to have photographed results from those seeds myself this morning!
Here`s mine. :)
Karen
P.S. I`m interested in seeing how many different ways they turn out and if the chocolate color shows up too.

Thanks for the information about fall growing as our summers are just too hot for most plants! (LOL)
When I start to look for seeds to buy, I am going to holler back at you pros.
I`m not a pro. I`m a amateur learning how to do this and sharing as I go. If I can do this anybody can.
Try morning sun and afternoon shade. Karen
gardener, that makes you a pro!
Hi Karen,
I just love your open pollinated Sazanami. Really something special...
Elsa
Karen, I love the Sazanami too, gorgeous light color
I've got one coming along somewhere. lol
Thanks revclaus and Elsa123,
Patootie, You could get a big solid blue with a wide white throat, ones like the pictures above and or a lavender version. However yours turn out I think you`ll be pleased. :)
I`m ready to wind down my thread here with a last picture. I think I`m a pro at enjoying my garden. It is hard work but worth it to me. This is another variation of the open pollinated Sazanami seeds. bye/bye!

Oh yes, I was going to update on the Fuji No Monet. To view a picture of results of me purchasing and growing open pollinated Fuji No Monet from ebay check this picture.

This is a mix of open pollinated seeds that has pink, white and Fuji No Monet vines. I did a careful grow out with store bought dirt, seed count and put markers on each seedling for ID.
