'Forever Blue'
Spring Blooms - Part 10
Beautiful Pixie
Thank you!
Great shots, Celeste. Love the blue iris and the verbena.
That looks like Lamiun Golden anniversery
Is It?
Thank you Victor!
It's not Golden Anniversary it's called 'Anne Greenaway'
Wow I don't know how I missed that one when I was looking for a yellowgreen lamium. Thanx
Pond looks great Victor. Is that the blue and white winky? I'm on a down year for columbine here - most have died and the babies won't flower this year.
Nice blues Pixie - I just planted your blue mix last week.
Thanks, Al. Yes - blue and white. Too bad about your columbines. I lost a few myself.
So many beautiful pics since I last checked. Al, I have that same wallflower - they smell wonderful. Victor, you have so much. Celeste, you too, for being more north. I don't have much in bloom in my garden right now, need some late spring somethings.
Thanks, Deb. I have to try wallflowers - never have. How are your JM's?
2 of the 3 are great, the Corallinum lost its leaves, either from the cold or the sun, not sure which. I didn't think it was too sunny. I keep looking for signs of growth. I hope it's ok. All are small, so will be a bit before much impact.
What is that blue or purple bloom on the right side of your pond?
Bummer - Corallinum seems sensitive. The purplish-blue is alpine columbine. It blooms before other columbines and really seeds!
Well, the Corallinum wood is still green, so I'm not without hope.
The columbines look nice in that photo.
I have some purple winky columbines and centaurea amythyst in snow that look really nice together, might get a pic tomorrow.
Beautiful blooms, everyone!
Victor - your pond is looking terrific! What a gorgeous variety of colors and textures!! Be sure to save that pic for the contest this year!
Pixie - great shots......I like that pink lily of the valley!
