I have a pomogranate, fig, loquat, pear, banana and avacado plants... figs are of good quality but the pear and pomogranate does not bear juicy fruits.what can i do ? loquat is a new tree
the avacado is grown from the seed it is about 1 to 1 1/2 yrs , how long will it take to bear fruits.

What sort of pear and pomegranate do you have? There are some of them that were bred to be more ornamental so they focused on pretty flowers over good tasting fruit, if you have one of those there may not be much you can do. For the avocado I'm not sure how long it'll take, but many types of trees will take quite a few years to bloom/fruit when they're grown from seed. And you're not guaranteed that the avocados will taste as good as the one that the seed came from since it was likely a hybrid, so if you're really growing it for the fruit I'd probably go buy a plant from a nursery instead, that way you'll guarantee good taste and you'll probably have fruit sooner.

I should have joined daves garden before buying the plants!!!
I just saw a healthy plant and bought it... i didnt check on the name or variety.
for the pomogranate ,it did not say ornamental.
regarding the avacado why do so many sites tell how to grow avacado from seed.. if it is not going to yeild good fruit...

I don't know that it won't taste good, it's just that it won't necessarily be like the parent so it may not be as good, but there's no way to know until you've waited many years for your tree to have fruit. So if you really are growing it to supply yourself with avocados, that's going to be an awfully long time to wait just to find out that the fruits aren't what you were hoping for. Avocados are fun to grow from seed, that's probably why so many people do it, but honestly I doubt if most of those trees that people start from seed live to maturity so it's more of a fun experiment rather than a real attempt to grow your own avocados.

On your pomegranate, they wouldn't necessarily say ornamental. Any chance you still have the label and can let us know what the cultivar name was? If it was 'Wonderful' I know that's a good fruit one. If it is a good fruiting one I don't know how to make it juicier, I've only grown the more ornamental ones.

Hopefully someone else will come along and have some ideas on how to make your pomegranate juicier, it could very well be that the one you have will have perfectly nice fruit so I wouldn't give up yet.
