Last year I planted vinca in a border in front of my house. They lived well into the fall and then died. They remained in the garden until I pulled them up this spring. Now, in the same spot as they were in last year, I have these tiny seedlings coming up. Could it be the Vinca or just a weed? The picture is of the Vinca last year in early summer. Thanks!
Does Vinca Re-seed itself?
Do you have a pic of what's there now?
It does look like your vinca is coming back.
Thanks! That is very exciting. I will keep an eye on these a post updates as they grow!
Good luck! ☺
I agree, they are Vinca.

Yep, I second (third) the vinca.
I don't think vinca is all that likely to reseed. Mine seems more likely to spread by creeping and putting down runners. You can pull out the vinca, but if you don't get all those little underground runners you're going to have more vinca again next year. That's why some people classify it as invasive.
So far my vinca has behaved itself. Your mileage may vary, of course. ;)
The Blue Vinca is EXTREMELY invasive.
