black spots on ivy plants

I just planted some ivy plants in my yard and I noticed that they now have black and brown spots all over them. What should I do ?

The spots could be the result of a fungal problem or disease and may need to be treated with a Fungicide such as Daconil, Fungonil or Liquid Copper. (A picture would help confirm this). Also, make sure that when you water them you don't get the leaves wet if you can help it.
