which of these maples is the best red maple red sunset maple october glory autumn blaze whats the difference between them.

Autumn Blaze is a fast growing hybrid Maple. It's a cross of Red Maple and Silver Maple. Very pretty, but it's a soft tree. Stick with a native, hardwood, Red Maple like 'Red Sunset' or 'Autumn Spire'. Hardwoods are a lot slower growing, but much stronger trees. I have a couple of the soft, hybrid Maples in my yard. They were gifts, so I planted them. They fall apart in high winds, send up suckers, and have nasty roots. I'd stick with a 'Red Sunset'. I'm not familiar with 'October Glory'.
