Help - echinacea/ coneflower not doing well

I am not sure what is going on...one is not growing well -- crinkly leaves...and something looks to be munching on the other...but there are no bugs???

It looks like a bug is munching on the leaves. I'm sure someone will come and have a posible culprit.

Go out at night with a flashlight and see if you might have some slugs working on them. If so -- then come back and we can talk about what to do for slugs.
