Conroe, TX

My husband and I would like to know if anyone can ID the BRIGHT RED plant to the Far left and right of the water feature. Can anyone help us? Thank you!

HI,
it may be a variety of cordyline.I'm not sure, but I saw one much like that that was hardy to zone 7.

Definitely Cordyline. I know this is posted several places, and in some of the other threads I'm not sure if it was clear which plants exactly were being referred to, but since this thread specifically mentions the FAR left and right it is definitely Cordyline and can't be Phormium or croton, those suggestions were made on the other threads but I believe were made for the lower growing plants that are more in the middle. Those lower growing plants could also be Cordylines but it's harder to say for sure.

It is cordyline, here is a young one>
