Very pretty, I like the light shinning through the petals. Big smiles was the reaction I had too Candyce.
Spring Blooms - Part 4
That's a bummer Bill. Same for me with one - Corallinum. I got it last spring and let it get too much sun while still in a black container. Lost all its leaves. I planted it in the fall but it has not returned. It's part of my six-JM underplanting of my large JM so I will have to replace it. Probably in the fall. Good luck with yours - hope they recover. I'm happy for my warm temps because the trees over the Uki are now leafing out.
Congrats Amy and Candyce. Nice backlighting, Candyce!
yeah Candyce & Amy!.... very nice
Beautiful shots everyone!
Laurel, don't be intimidated. I'm famous for my poor photography.
Just recieved my Hallsons order three ferns and a bonus included. Is this a great country or what?
Didn't take a picture nuttin to see except little green buds where they will unfold,no doubt.
Planted the Jap. Painted burgundy under a bush, hope it's shady enough. The Dre's Dagger can take a bit more sun so it's further along the bed. They included a bonus "encourage" havnt decided where to put it.
Yahoo I planted something, now to wait for UPS .Should be here within the hour.
great pictures Jen & Sharran... Jen I am shocked to see your rodie blooming... it amazes me every year how far behind we are north of you
Great shots! Love the phlox and wisteria, Sharon. Jen, great tulips. Is that a regular rhodie or azalea? Very nice. Amazing change from yesterday to today! I'll try to get some photos in a while. I am SORE!!
I GOT IT.
Take a look at the sun glinting off those fiddleheads. That's Dre's Dagger. That's what I'm talkin about !!!!! :)
It's all good Jo Ann
Looks great! (Psst - you need to post the photo^_^)
Congrats, Jo Anne!
my coreopsis perked up today from my order
This my first time mailordering perennials from anywhere but White Flower F. Their quality had gone down in the past few years, I just gave up and only bought locally.
After finding DG I don't think I'll ever shop anyother way. Besides the variety is great.
Bluestone suggests the plants should sit for a day or so to rest then plant. I watered them and they are looking better already. I'll garden Sunday.
I usually give them a day or two in the shade.... then move em slowly into the sun
oh no.....no o.....mr bill
beautiful as always Victor
I put the plant hoops on my crown imperials today... whew do they stink... glad that's away from the house
