I moved into a new house late last summer, so I missed the spring blooms. Now, I'm trying to identify some of the plants in my beds.

Some sort of primrose (Primula), most likely a variety of Primula x polyantha. There's only one red cultivar listed in PF, I don't know if that's what yours is or not.
