I know what I want!!!! I saw those adorable self watering pots at Walmart but wouldn't pay 4.95 for them.............yea hip hip hooray..........I get to have 3 of them and WAlmart had just gotten in a lot of them yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!

Woo hoo Kim ... You are on a roll. I like oldies, but only for a short time. My DH loves oldies and I get real tired of listening to them real quick! I do like all kinds of music though: Oldies, Country, Rock and Roll, Classical, Opera .... I listen to artists from Andrea Bocelli to Led Zeppelin!

I'm sitting here with hair dye on my head, waiting to go take a shower and wash it out! Got about 10 more minutes!
My hubby just went to bed. He is giving final exams tomorrow! He has them scheduled for 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. so he is gearing up for a very busy Saturday! But, then he is off until the end of June!
Please tell me I'm not the only male in here...? And perhaps the youngest one as well...?
I'm off to toss around a football, drink some beer, and read "Guns and Ammo" so nobody around these parts gets the wrong idea about me ;)
Of course I'll be doing all of the above without a BINGO prize but that's alright... I placed an order with Rob's a day or two ago and am patiently awaiting my box of goodies early next week.

I think it's WONDERFUL to have a male who is interested in plants (I was going to say flowers...but plants sounds more masculine? *lol*). I sure wish hubby would share my interest but sometimes I think it's good that we have our own interests too. He's pretty good about it. I have plants all over the house and he never complains.

I think it's wonderful that a man has an interest in these plants. And, you are not the only one ... possibly the youngest man with an interest in Gesneriad's but you are not alone.
My husband loves all of my plants and notices when something is blooming. He will help me with planting in the yard but whenever I leave home for a visit with one of my sisters he wants me to write down what he should water and what he should leave alone! ^_^

I just turned the big 60 last month and sometimes I feel 90! Today, after working in the yard all day - mowing, edging, trimming trees and shrubs and then blowing the sidewalk and driveway ... I'd say about 78 or so. ^_^

I know that I am very scatterbrained but if Kim will volunteer to make the calls for May, I will hold the cards (don't laugh...........I can do this)..........and make a good donation for a prize, too...................The reason I said Kimkreations is that she is real organized and I won't be so embarrassed if I 'happen' to make a mistake!!!

Well, if it is only for a couple of days and you are okay to play when you get home, then why not...we can take a two day break...lol It is totally up to you though, Kim...just do what you feel you can do and be comfortable handling!

I wanted to add that I think we need to know the SECRET to picking winners from Sue and Dimmer and Nancy! You girls must have figured out the odds or something! LOL Great Picking!!!! That is two months that all of you have been in the running and winning too!

I would love to hold the cards but Kim, do you have a laptop? You are having major surgery whether you realize it or not. I think You will be out for a week and not on the computer.............when is your surgery scheduled..........if it is not scheduled yet.........make them do it the end of May and we will be through with bingo...........we can make it as fast as Janet did............that was fun..................
