Daily Pics Vol. #92

A Robin, is giving the Bohemian Waxwings, and other birds a hard time at the Crabapple tree. So picked up a silo full of crabapples made perch for it, and placed it in the backyard. Now just waiting to see, if there's going to be takers.

Juncos have returned, they had been here this winter, up to around end of January, haven't seen much of them after that. Had 4 or 5 in the yard today.

Indigo Buntings are still here. Only saw a few Goldfinch today, so I think most of them have headed North.

Oops, sorry Nanny we cross posted! That last shot of the Vulture looks too close for comfort...I would have been running!!

No problem!! When we first moved here they made me nervous but not anymore. I do take precautions with our little 8 lb. minpin though.

Great pics everyone! Love seeing the new birds from the UK and Florida, but they're all good. Adel, your dark eyed juncos sure look different from mine. Pelle, your pictures are wonderful...and Rose, that was quite the accidental picture you got there.

Sadie--I'm going to try to get a Lowe's trip in today. I'm with you on checking for ease of cleaning when purchasing a bird feeder, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Sadly, I think I need to take a few apart next time I clean them.

It is difficult sometimes you need a number of differnt types of cleaning tools.
