Once it's already formed buds I'm not sure there's much you can do besides wait and cross your fingers! There are techniques for forcing blooms on various sorts of plants, but all of those methods are used to get the plants to form buds at a time of year when they wouldn't otherwise, once the buds are there then nature takes its course.
Possible to try a LITTLE extra heat and half dosage feed, but dont over do it, especially with liquid feed as you could drown the plant, sometimes even keeping a plant on the warm but drier side forces them to flower quicker as they think nature is telling them to get a move on to reproduce seeds for survival. why not go to the Cactus forum as there will be people who have more experience than I have, I just never had to force plants into flower before, good luck with this, lets know how you got on at your show.
