Ok, Ok, we got a frost here last night in Zone 5a, I forgot to bring in my pansies/violas. Now they are frosted a little, so I brought them inside. Should I go back to the greenhouse and be more careful or just leave the plants inside a little longer? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Frosted Pansy
Jenewton, you might want to try posting this over on the Beginner Flowers forum... People here tend to focus on vegetables, and you might get better help over there. I adore pansies, but since we don't get much in the way of frost here, I'm no help myself.
Good luck!
Pansies are a winter flower here. They stand light freezes in the teens. I suspect yours were just not completely hardened off before you put them outside.
