This little loggerhead shrike actually let me get within about 10 feet of it today.

Here's a young hawk (not sure what type) that I spotted today. It was only about the size of a dove.

Last one ... here's a raven. It was so nice to see some different birds than my usual house finches and doves.

could that be a young Merlin?
