Diane, I will keep good thoughts and prayers going your way! Just hang in there, enjoy that grand baby when you can. Your daughter will hopefully grow and mature now that she has a child to care for. How old is your son?
My oldest sister and her husband have a daughter (38) and a son (35). The son lived with them for about 8 years, moved out for a year and is now back home! The daughter and her BF lived with them for about a year but moved out last summer. I saw how stressful it was on my sister. She and her husband are both 61 and looking forward to retirement. They both have some health issues so really didn't need the stress of both kids living with them. I know they loved it in one respect but it got old at times too. I remember years ago family members talking about the depression when families all had to live together to survive ... my niece and nephew both make good money and never seem to save and never helped their parents financially. I blame that on my sister and her husband for not charging them rent, even if it was only $100 a month! I realize they didn't need it, and shouldn't have had to ask the kids but in my opinion it would only be right for them to contribute to the household expenses. My nephew came home with his 200 pound dog and my niece has two cats. My Sis & BIL have 2 large dogs of their own. I guess it's a good thing they have a large house!
I understand how you want to go to work ... you will need that diversion! Just hang in there and know that you always have your friends here on DG!

Diane, I know it is a load to deal with. I have had children come home with babies. I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts. If you can just take one thing at a time it will help. Thinking of the big picture can be extremely stressful. Here is a big ((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))

I must have missed something on this thread....is something wrong? I keep coming over to check the calls and there haven't been any for a while, or there is only one....here and there....is someone sick?
I will be leaving to go on Vacation for a few days over Easter weekend, and then again the following week, I thought this was the Feb. Bingo and would go pretty quickly. But since it has been extended for whatever reason. I think I am giong to have to bow out. I am sorry, I didn't realize my time away was even going to factor into the game.
If someone is sick or something is wrong, please accept my prayers for everything to be cleared up and going well for you again very soon!!!

No problem, 3G, I didn't realize it was to be the Feb/Mar bingo, it is my fault for not paying attention...I just missed that detail, somehow..lol I knew I was going to be going out of town twice in March, and I wouldn't have played knowing I would not have access to a computer while I was gone. No apology needed!
I will be glad to let Kimskreations watch my card, if she is certain it won't be more trouble than it is worth to her. I just hate to impose like that, especially for more than a day or two. So I will just dmail Kim my card next week before I leave, if you are sure you don't mind. I would love to have the self watering pot! LOL That seems to be the best way for me to keep these babies alive!

We've got 16 calls remaining, if I counted right... If we don't finish before Easter weekend, we might want to take a break over the holiday, since there are going to be a lot of folks coming & going & busy with stuff, I think. ?
More often than you'd think, this game comes down to the last call or two on the list. Keeps us on our toes! :-)

I've got lots of spring joy here with all the crocuses blooming! That sort of makes up for it not being on my card, LOL.

Oh wow, Jill. Crocuses!! It has been so strange here that I have daffodils and iris blooming, and the tulips are up but no blooms. Cannas are already up, too.
Speaking of slowly... this thread is starting to get pretty slow to load, with over 200 replies. If anybody is on dial-up, they may have a hard time finding the calls. It might be time for a new thread... :-)
