mrsbonnie

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Zero! Oh, no. Kim, I think we'd better include Bonnie in our dance for sure...

I really don't line dance at all well... keep getting left and right mixed up, which causes collisions!

Can we polka instead? Please? :-)

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

I had Spring Fancy! ...*move up in line 1 notch*

North Augusta, ON

One more and we'll see if it's a good one:

11. Summer Butterfly

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

c'mon critter! Teach us to Polka!

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Did you ever skip like Dorothy and the Scarecrow in "The Wizard of Oz"? That's the basic step!

One - two - three, then a little hitch-step on the same foot

Left right left left * Right left right right

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

Got it! Let's go!...

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Weeeeeee'rrrrre off to see the Wizard! :-)

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

"The Wonderful Wizard of Ozzzzz!"

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

I'll now be singing that all night I'm sure! LOL Probably tomorrow at work too.....

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

Kennebunk, ME(Zone 5a)

I LOVED the Wizard of Oz. I was always scared by the monkeys though *lol*
Well, with the 2 calls ...... I am now up to a whopping 5 on my card *woo, hoo*
It's so much fun to check in every day and see who's doing what dance *lol*
Don't worry Jill, we don't have to line dance....we can Polka but you have to teach me as the only Polka I know is 5 card draw *lol*

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

How did you go from zero to 4? Ohh... you were just looking at the top of the thread, I'll bet. I think 3G has been updating that only every once in a while.

I've got 4 also! I forgot that 'Summer Butterfly' was on my card... yippee!

*celebratory polka*

Dimmer

(Zone 1)

:( I don't have any .... guess I shouldn't have been snoozing and played this time! LOL.

North Augusta, ON

A call for tonight...

30. Beachcomber

http://www.avsa.org/Photographs/BeachcomberLrg.jpg#http://../Photographs/BeachcomberLrg.jpg#

WOW, is all I can say!!

(Zone 1)

Oooh ... I like that one! Name is good too! It was 83 degrees here today but I can't say that I will be doing any beach combing this week. It's Bike Week in Daytona and they expect 500,000 (yep half a million) bikers and tourists in town this week. Traffic is horrible, especially on A1A. College Spring Break begins next week so the beaches will be packed until the end of April when all the college kids are back in school.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

That's absolutely stunning, and I'd say so even if I hadn't picked it for my card. :-)

*more polka steps, feeling fancy now...*

Bike week... wow... I can't even imagine what that must be like for the residents! It's good for local businesses, though, I'm sure.

(Zone 1)

Yes indeed, great for local businesses ... much $$$$ is pumped into the local economy during Speed Weeks and Bike Week ... not so much during the month and a half of spring break.

Ottawa, IL(Zone 9a)

wow got that one too.
mrsbonnie

Drumheller, Alberta, Canada(Zone 3a)

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

Has anyone heard from Eunice/Starfly lately? It has been a while since I have seen her post and I was wondering if anyone had heard anything from her in a while?

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

My but we sure do have a lot of missing friends. Where are they all at?

Kennebunk, ME(Zone 5a)

Oh Yeah! Where is Eunice? Janet, thank you for putting her in my thoughts today, she is truly missed. I hope everything is OK with her.

Andalusia, AL(Zone 8b)

This game is starting to really pick up!

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Gorgeous!

I took some closeup shots last month of 'Rob's Love Bite'... let me see if I can find the photo...

(I really love my new little camera... it takes these great ultra close shots!)

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

This shot of the underside of a bloom is actually a more accurate representation of the color... deep red blooms over green and white miniature foliage... 'Rob's Love Bite' is definitely a favorite of mine!

WOW...great shots Critter!!

Lubbock, TX(Zone 7a)

So stunning critter! Would make beautiful prints!

BTW I really enjoyed your article on latin names and THANK YOU FOR DOING IT!
People I work with that don't know they're latin names are always asking me if it's really important- YES IT IS! If you want to make sure you're getting the right plant for someone. And I can't count how many times I've been asked for the latin name of something...
I'm glad that's the way I learned my plants in the beginning before I ever knew I'd be working with plants!

Ooooh, Yes I do Love 'Hot Springs'! That is a beautiful pink AV! Great close up shot of those blooms.

Critter: What kind of camera did you get? Those photo's are awesome! I sure wish I was better at photography, I can't take a decent picture for the life of me. If by chance one comes out really good, it's just luck! I have a Digital Canon Power Shot that my DH got me last year. We already had one but he likes to use it for underwater photography when he goes scuba diving. He has a water tight case the camera goes in. I was always using the camera a lot for plant photo's and at holidays, so he decided to get me a new one cause he said if by chance his water tight case ever fails, it would be the last of the camera. I agreed that we needed a spare! LOL. I am not technical at all and I just want to point and shoot and have a "perfect" picture, LOL. Hubby will ask me at times why my picture is out of focus. I never have a clue ... I tell him, "Well, it looked good to me when I was looking through the viewfinder thingy!" Then I will notice I hit a button and knocked it out of the automatic setting!

Northeast, NE(Zone 5a)

My gosh critter ....those pics are amazing! Wow!!
