DAILY PICS VOL 68

There was 4 Goldfinches at the top of my Oak, but too many twigs in the way to get them!

Ooh it's a long way down there! This Blue Tit looks like it has ears with the shadows on it's head.

I just love looking at all the pictures of the birds from the other parts of the world. Here are some Sandhill cranes migrating through Fairbanks Alaska this last September.

LOL! That Blue Tit does have ears!

I guess I was risking it standing underneath!

The Sandhill cranes are big birds Kodiak. Thanks for posting those!

This one I took a few days ago, getting wind from behind, looks like it's enjoying it!

I had to laugh at the Wren Deb, such a funny expression! Mr C. looks lovely and so handsome with the blue skies!

The Dark-eyed Juncos

and the Spotted Towhee liked playing in the saw dust too.

the Lesser Goldfinch stayed with the thistle feeder.

KodiakGardenMermaid - Thanks for sharing the pics of the cranes. I get them here in the summer in the marsh. I hear them. I see them fly overhead. I have yet to see what they actually look like up close. Great shot!

Yes those cranes are as big as they look. I just love to watch them dance and call. I had to get up early/early in the morning and sit out in a field so they would forget I was there to get that shot. It sure is a bright part of my day to look at everyone' pic.
