Definitely a Dracaena fragrans (aka corn plant). Here's one--yours may not be the exact same cultivar (although it does look very similar) but that's definitely the species it is http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/54287/

thank you i got it at ikea and it never had a label, so i never knew how to take care of it.
