There goes the neighborhood....
Happy birthday to "The Rose Queen"
gone already.
That is gorgeous Gloria!
I almost lost Luigi during a sleet storm this weekend. He was barely hanging on to the wiper. He stayed with me though. What a trooper.
Ooops! edited for typo

Poor Luigi !!! He sounds like good people .
Yeah, he's been all over too. Wow, what a travellin guy.
Hey, Zuzu, Happy Birthday!!!!
I think Luigi should post his photo as a birthday greeting to Zuzu !
She'd like that.
Good idea!! I'll tell him to get right on that.
A picture of Luigi would be so appreciated!
Thanks for the rose photo, Gloria.
Sweet. I'll leave a note for him to take the shot first thing in the morning, before the storm comes.
I think he might be buried by the time you get up!
No! I need butter! I don't want to dig myself out first thing in the morning. Guess I could just put jelly on my toast.
YUCK ! Toast without butter is like a day without Victor's nonsense !!!
How can you, in good conscience, go to bed knowing poor Luigi is out there freezing his "you know what's" off ????? Give the guy a break !
Boy! That's gratitude for ya.
Wait Mike. I don't know if that's good or bad... a day without Victor's nonsense might be nice.
Hey, if you're so worried about Luigi, you're welcome to come out here and pluck him off my windshield wiper and take him to sunny California. He might appreciate it.
SOME PEOPLE just shouldn't be allowed to HAVE bendy figures.
Is nothing sacred anymore?
JD, now that is a matter of opinion. Methinks you are envious. My bendy figure is a naked cowboy. He lives on my fridge. His name is Billy Bob.
I don't think anyone could touch that post Sharran!
We'll see.
He really is a little cloth stick figure, no features (darn!) and he wears a little bandana around his neck.
And he was given to me by my 3 year old grandson.
I really hated to admit that.
Come to think of it, I used to have a Pink Panther bendy figure...I think my cat's ate it....he WAS on one of the blades of the ceiling fan.
hmmmmmmmmmm...
Well, Mike, as far as sacred bendy figures goes, sounds like Sharran has hers in a place of honor. I do have one other bendy figure. It's Gumby and he stands in a prominent, yet protected spot in my curio cabinet. Little Luigi, you see, he's just not famous like Gumby, you know?
Oh! Oh! Did I just hear what I think I heard?!! The Pink Panther was on one of the blades of your ceiling fan, THEN your cat ATE it?!!! Forget it Mister. You're never getting Luigi.
He was up there acting as a balance to the wobbling old fan...and besides, I think he liked it up there. At least he was INDOORS and not out in sub-zero temperatures.
Luigi likes where he is too. Every time it rains, he waves "Hi" to me.
Too funny!
Ok...now flip him over on his back.
I suppose he sings, "Home on the range" ???
Put him over the stove and he probably will !
Nice flowers ! Have you noticed that the tulips "grew" since you got them? Even when they're cut and put in water, the stems get longer...and they sort of twist around and contort themselves...just like a bendy figure !
That said, I'm going to bed now...the cats have pre-heated the bed long enough, and it's ready for me.
"Nite Biily Bob...Nite Sharran...Nite Sof" !!!
Yep, tulips are still growing, taking over my table.
Nite JD, nite Dave, nite Sofo, nite Luigi...nite Zu.
Geesh we need a life.
Nite!
Cute, Sharon. Rakish tie, stylish haircut, and he looks like he might be a dancing cowboy.
Harper - I gave my son Gumby and Pokie for Christmas of '06!!! He loved them when he was little and this way he can keep them for his dotage.
Gumby and Pokie are the only true bendies. Of course, I have them too.
The Simpson's come as bendy's, too.
This thread is rapidly becoming the Scattelogical Birthday thread !
Zuzu never ever had such an interesting birthday treat
before......the gift that keeps on giving.
Pirl, I hope your son smiled.
Sharran: How did you know he was a cowboy if he was naked?
There, I asked the question.
gloria
...and how does Sharon know it's a "he"?
Imagination, girls.......imagination.
And Gloria.....how can he not be a cowboy with that bandana and that bowlegged stance....even his toes curl up from his pointy toed boots. girls would never let their toes curl up.
Geesh. do I have to explain everything??
Yup, Gumby and Pokey rule. One day I'll get Pokey too.
Sharran, your cowboy's hairdo is quite the look!
I like it too, Harper....have been looking for a hat for him, but hated to cover the great hair.
How is Luigi? covered in snow??
Son is in Baltimore right now.....wonder how bad it is there?
