How do you like the Duncraft platform feeder? Is it small enough to keep larger birds like Starlings out?

Here is a pic of a Male Downy Woodpecker. He had just flown from the cage where he gets his homemade peanut butter suet and was feeling very frisky! These guys are so entertaining!!

Beautiful pic Rose! They are an entertaining and friendly little bird!

I sat on the front steps the other evening and was able to get this pic of a Male Cardinal eating at the hanging basket feeder! Wish I had a better zoom as he was very cooperative!

Thanks Pelle! They are a friendly lot and practically ignore me anymore when I try and take their pic! I just love them!

Wow, what a bunch of wonderful pics. It's taken me a while to go thru the last few Daily Pic Volumes, can't believe how fast this things are moving!!

Pelle, that woodpecker and her mate, plus a large blue jay raid my cat's dish daily. He is scared to death of them -- hides in his little house when they swoop in!
