Where would I get burlap? I really want to grow some large plants that I can't plant for some reason or another.
And how do they work? Just kind of like mesh? You water the bag? And it retains moisture but drains still?
Burlap?
I would expect that you could get Burlap at any nursery that grows trees and shrubs. There are lots of sources on the internet, but in most cases you will need to buy in quantity, The nursery grade burlap is treated to prevent water damage. It is used because it is a strong, inexpensive, open weave cloth. You can get the more decorative types at fabric shops. Its sole purpose is to hold the root ball together while allowing air and water to pass through. Nothing magical. http://www.eburlap.com/
