a landscaper wants to sell me blue aptos. i wanted sempreviens or coastal redwoods i live in vacaville,ca i think zone 9 what is blue aptos

'Aptos Blue' is a cultivar of Sequoia sempervirens, I think it's a fairly popular one in cultivation. If you scroll down the page in this link you'll see some pictures of it http://www.shadytreefarms.com/pages/specimen.htm
