Help!! Quickest way to get rid of a head cold????

Ruby.........those closely held high end chef secrets for wild game can be found on the internet. With a bit of patience you can have those special moments on your table for pennies if such were possible.

One time I saw squab (baby pigeon) at thirty five bucks per plate in the Big Apple. Thirty years ago that was very high end. Pigeon is very tender and is flavored very close to chicken. So is snake meat if you have the nerve to mess with it. One forty inch rattle snake will make snack food dip items for nearly that many people. Some of these critters are protected in some states. Know your laws or be in the backwoods lost enough to claim survival need.

The mountains that I live in are full of rattle snakes. Before I married him, my husband hunted rattle snake in theVirginia and West Virginia mountains. He would eat it.

I am terrified of any and all snakes.

I have been taking Ola Loa www.drinkyourvitamins.com for 3 years now. I have not had a cold in 3 years. I ran out the middle of December and just got them in the mail yesterday. (you can find them at Whole Foods).... I started getting a head cold....but I guess I got them back in system in time, as I don't have the symptoms anymore. BTW, it tastes like Tang. You can get orange, raspberry, mango flavors and there are lots of vitamins and minerals in there that you drink. Liquids absorb so much better and retain in your system. Also, if you are a woman over 40, you should be taking Vitamin B COMPLEX...not just one or two B vits, but all of them. My doctor told me this about 6 years ago and I religiously take them every day.

I have to say I rarely get sick (I am diabetic) and I used to get sick every time the wind shifted.

Check out their website.....I advocate them highly.

Also, www.NewsTarget.com is another good site to check out and get their notices. I have learned a lot from them and that's how I found out about Ola Loa vitamins.
