watering tubers&ornate grasses in winter

I have many tubers from various plants and ornamental grasses still in the pots. Do I water them over the winter? Should I have taken the tubers out of the soil? I have been giving the grasses a bit of water, but stoped watering the other altogether. All are stored in the green house. I live in z8b in cen ca. It can get a bit cold here...for the plants. Thanks to all for your help

I have wintered such plants here in MS. I still water them but very sparingly about every other week while they are dormant. As they break dormancy in the spring, increase watering to the normal amounts.
