Classy rogues!
What did you see on your walk?
really. say good gardening buddies, i 'm sure santa is bringing my a garden gnome for christmas. how about a contest to name it?
whichever name gets the most votes by 5pm today, est, wins!
how about some suggestions?
"Daisy"
In keeping with his co-gnomes, "Shameless" is my vote!
'Frankie' - reminds me of Sinatra's early poses with those big microphone stands. And he seems to be singing!
i agree with you donnie, shameless it is!
Kudrick - I'm very proud....this is an honor indeed! LOL
Bebop - I know we are very lucky and we do love our walks and see so many interesting things. Whenever I forget to bring my camera, I regret it. Yesterday morning, we saw that osprey up in the Hong Kong Orchid tree again, but this time he had a fish in his claws, and he flew down right over our heads holding the fish like a bomb underneath him. If only I had had the camera! Rats!
Your winter woods scene makes me want to get my snowshoes and join you in the woods to see some little critter tracks. I always loved snowshoeing early in the morning in our woods with all the tracks. Thanks for sharing that with us!! Looks like quite a bit of snow ya got there!!
Like the way it came out. Looks 'vintage'!
Snow is hard to get a good picture. It's so white, hard to give an idea of the depth. I have a friend in New Zealand, for her a hard frost is exciting. She likes me sending her pictures of our snow, but it is hard to do!!!
Whoa, 3G......that must have been quite a walk!! Both of your photos are very pretty. The dimensions of your shingle shack remind me of the original parts of the first settlers' homes where we are in New Hampshire. There was a set dimension that qualified as a settlement home, and the core part of our 1763 house was very similar to yours before the "ell" was added. Very interesting! How was the walk?
Thank you!!
The walk was difficult, like trudging through soft sand in work boots...lol
I'm snowblind.LOL
I like the old shack.
Thanks Al. It's kinda in the way, but I don't have the heart to tear it down, keep thinking it could be something some day. It has a good, solid, cement floor and it's own fuse box.
Oh don't tear it down, ever! it's lovely and quaint and "magical"!!
Yes, I would love it. Make it a potting shed / tool shed, etc.
Work on your manifesto?
Sure - as long as my brother keeps his trap shut.
Wow - pretty gusty!
That is a blustery day there Pooh.
I'll pass on picking up dropping from 7 dogs.
Boy do I hearya!! Sometimes I see him not do what he's supposed to do in that regard. Not good!
Wow - yes I'd agree!
You're almost as tall as a house apparently ;)
That does look like a setback.
Supposed to be near freezing here this week so I'll be able to get the dog out.
You mean he's frozen stiff somewhere?!
Nice color.
That's a really weird picture.
kinda scary.
is it? Thanks, I have been low on horror pics
