Are magpie's common in your area adel? I saw them in the Arlington, Oregon area when I visited there some years ago, but never here.
Those Inca Dove's are sure beautiful birds. Never seen one. ;-(
I was out this morning when a flicker flew over, and the sun caught the orange on it's wings, and the color just sparkled! I've seen flickers frequently, but had never seen that sheen before. I did get pics after it landed, but they're not too good. I have a hard time with the weight of my camera.

Nice pics tiger.......the Magpie is not common around here. They are mostly farther east of here but we do see a couple once in awhile.

Looks like a House Finch to me w/ that thick beak. :-)

Wow, great pics everyone. So enjoy seeing the birds we don't get here - and Adelbertcat, those 'wood' ducks are very photogenic. :-)
