THIS IS COOL!

Hi, Guys!

I was looking for a program that I could buy so that I could map my garden out each year in a 3D program. Well, everything that I found is for Windows and I have a macintosh. Well, I found a COOL site that lets you do it--and keep it--all online (but you can download the program if you have a slow connection). The place is www.plangarden.com. There's even a 45 day FREE trial, which I am getting ready to sign up for! You can write memos, track your harvests, pick your vegetables, and lots more. I'm sorry that I sound like a commercial, but this is really cool! And if you like the program, a one year subscription is only 20 bucks. That's very reasonable!

Just wanted to share.

Hugs,

Macintosh is used by most "creative" type orgs, like advertising, etc.... I'm surprised it was difficult for you to find that. I don't use a mac, but I will definitely check out that site! Thanks!

What I've seen is indeed very neat! But in the tutorials they only show vegetables, and I don't have a veggie garden. Do you know if they have all the other plants in their software too; perennials, trees, shrubs, bulbs, fruit trees, and so on?

I don't want to download the free trial if they don't have all that.

I know they have flowers in there....get the free trial. I don't remember all the stuff but when you plan the garden if you scroll down you will see flowers....
