At the facility where I used to work, they had these awesome bushes (actually they are probably called hedges) everywhere. There were some that turned bright yellow and some bright red/maroon. The guys who planted them couldn't even tell me what they were. This has been buggin me for almost 4 years! Can someone help me find out what it is? They were kept squarely trimmed and were only about 3 - 3 1/2 feet tall. This is just a small sample. Thank you!

This is bugging me! Can NE1 ID?
Barberry / Berberis of some kind, probably Japanese. It's become a problem in some states.
I concur with claypa - love it, have alot of Japanese barberry here, but it is well behaved in this climate. The colors are gorgoeus.
