DAILY PICS VOL. 30
Beautiful pics Dinu!
Very nice pics indiana! I love the Downy WP too; they are inquisitive!
Very nice pics and setup GM!
GM- Not a single vacancy!
Today was a beautiful day to be outside. I spent about 30 minutes trying to photograph the quick moving Ruby-crowned Kinglet. It's small to start with and seldom sits very long (2 seconds) at one place. In addition, one has to be sort of lucky to get a photo with the ruby crown exposed. Here is a couple photos I took today, starting with the Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
Gorgeous photos Linth!
Love them all. The wing waving Kinglet is adorable, Kingfishers are one of my favorites.
Both Canada Geese pics are wonderful along with the Hooded Merganser!
It was a beautiful day today to be out and about!
linthicum What incredible pics!
What a pleasure it is to check out this forum. Linthicum, all these photos are extraordinary. Just for the intense color, I'd have to say my favorite is the Canada Geese swimming through fall reflections.
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/789275/ Please bear with me. I had to link this yesterday's thead here - some 4-5 birds - now identified.
I'm in awe Linthicum, I tried to find a lake with red autumn colours reflecting, and some ducks on it to boot, no go.
But, it was sunny today although darned cold for this time of year, only about 5C which should be winter. I saw a few birds, Jays, Wren, in the shaded tress just up the road, they flit from the oaks at the back, how I wish I could get on the other side!
I did get a Mistle Thrush and a Chaffinch, both dark pics but I lightened them with 'D' lighting and lost pic quality, here's the Chaffinch.
What a lovely pictures! They all look so relaxed! Probably the sun has something to do with that.
Nice pics wallaby!
I find these collared doves so pretty! They have such a soft look in their eyes, but that can be misleading as I have witnessed that some also can be mean to another, chasing the others away at the food dish while there is plenty for everyone and that for the symbol of peace!
You did good Mrs Ed!
