Linda, I've never received an envelope back for postage, but I have
received many from traders with postage due. That seems a bit odd,
if someone does not put proper postage, you would think it would go
back to the starting point. Instead, many times it is sent to the person
hoping they will pay for the error.

Recently a person I was trading with received her envelope back marked
that I had refused it due to incorrect postage. Huh? Hey, wait!
