Looks likes a houseplant called Draceana to me.
It's Aucuba japonica probably 'Gold Dust'. A great shade plant.
I forgot, it was called Gold Dust.

The ones we have are well established and been here a long time. I really like them and they are very pretty. Great to see they can be propagated by stem cuttings! Thank you for your help!
