Can you help me identify this? I think it's a weed, but I want to make sure before I dig it up. Sorry for the blurry picture. I only had one cup of coffee!

What is this?
This one is an Ipomoea (Morningglory) of some kind. Could be I. hederacea or I. indica, I'm not quite sure. Either way it is sort of weedy if you let it go to seed but they sure are pretty :)
They are some form of wild Morning Glory that we have everywhere here. They can be a nuisance but they are pretty. Very very drought tolerant. They grow along the roadside on fences with no water other than the morning dew/rain they get.
