Yes, Eleanor:
The name of that tree DOES fit our band of buddies!!
Scattelogical ramblings and desultory humor - Part 12
Now, for something completely different.....
"Chaos. Only chaos, please"
What's the difference between a fish and a goat?
A fish likes to muck around the fountain......
huh? Would you like some multiple choice questions?
oh dear .....
(giggling behind hands placed over mouth)
'Victor ... is it time for the next 'installment'?
and the goat?
Is the thread getting slow? Loading fast for me - not too many pics. But let me know and I'll start a new one.
The goat's having more fun......giggling with Candyce
Is the goat on the mountain??? Blush, blush.........too funny!
Actually I got that one in an email years ago. There was a time when there was a flood of that exact type of joke - switching one letter on a couple of words to show the punchline without raising flags with profanities.
Ah - the joke flood of '02, I'll tell my kids about that one when they get older.
happiness is having friends like these
Go Red Sox !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm pretending that I am not at work right now.
I've been pretending I'm not a Mets fan - to myself.
It's difficult to eat a banana while typing
It is also hard to type when a cat is sitting on your hands.
Is the cat eating a banana?
I'm pretending I'm working for Yankee right now and not getting her fired this time.
Is Yankee a Yankee fan, I wonder? Does she pretend to be? What about Wallingford?
Preston James Wallingford III esq.?
Wallingford's Uncle Butter is a big time Yankee fan. I haven't liked sports since the NBA let the guys wear long shorts!
Long shorts, bald heads and tattoos covering every inch of skin.
Little wonder why the fans drink so much at the games!
They say as a child I appeared a little bit wild
with all my crazy ideas.
But I knew what was happenin',
I knew I was a genius.
What's so strange when you know that
you're a wizard at three?
I said, "Baby, this is meant for me, me, me, me."
The frog bit the cow but yet the milk runs warm
Twice the flea attacked but yet the tree still yawns
Hair grows slowly and the grass screams in pain
My toenail reels in delight as the mailman drops his bag.

Now, Sherrie ... THAT'S cute!!
Back in her day's Emily had a sense of humor. The frame alone is worth money. I bet it will go for around 150.00. The auction is in Townshend VT.

That's a really neat find, Schick! I hope you get it at the auction. My DH and I love to go to antique auctions. What a fun sense of humor.....yet another great characteristic of most gardeners I know!
You all DO realize that we have to post A LOT, because some of us won't be posting on Saturday. Well, at least not posting until we get back from round up.
We plan on posting a lot on Saturday spreading gossip about all those who attend.
You just would do that, wouldn't you Victor? *smile*
Those of us at the RU will be talking a lot about those not attending, too!! We'll be spreading your fame far and wide.
I've been spreading a lot of stuff on DG, but I wouldn't call it fame!
Check it G, I ran into a woman at my kids school I've never met who knew who I was from Dave's.
Well, I'd rather call it fame than use a shovel.
Wow - did she call you Bigcity??
See? Ya just never know!!
