Looks like you have your plant in water, have you seen any roots yet? You can plant the cuttings in potting soil too and they should take root pretty quickly. This is a low light plant and does real well inside. The leaves on yours look to be sunburned, have you had it in a window? It is a fairly easy plant to grow. Does not like a lot of water, let it dry out thoroughly between waterings.
