Then Kamikaze should be the drink.
Scattelogical ramblings and desultory humor - the Prequel
Tea for two orrrr tee for fore!
Now I'm teed off!
Victor....have you ever had a Pearl Harbor? I have had a Kamikazi...a little rough for me.
In my old days of bike riding we'd go from home up to a beach and eat at a Souvlaki place. The bartender set up Kamikazis once and it was one wild ride home! Too strong for me, too.
Actually I've never had either one.
A bike ride or a Kamikazi?
or a Souvlaki?
I will refrain from posting on this post any longer....my head spins, I start to get nauseous and then ultimately vomit....this threat is like a roller coaster ride that doesn't stop and doensn't make sense.
Hey I am just a sensible person LOL
So are we up or are we down? I personally don't like roller coasters....they take my voice away. You know, the so scared you scream and nothing comes out.
My dad and I always tried to get the first car and took the front seat. I loved it so much!
My mother grew up in Brooklyn and was once stuck on the Cyclone. That was back in the 1920's and everyone had to walk the tiny track at the side, up and down, all the way back!
pirl im going to have nightmares tonight.
My older sister got sick on the ferris wheel. Soooo embarrassing when a teenager. We were in the top seat, it was not pretty.
Even less pretty on the bottom.
You got it...drip drip drip
Ew!
Excorcist. yeah pretty gruesome movie!
Psycho was my favorite. The scene with Martin Balsam at the bottom of the steps and Anthony Perkins leaping down was pure fright. I was with my sister, who's seven years older, and she shrieked and grabbed the neck of the man sitting in front of us in the theater. I doubt he's ever forgotten the moment either and I go hysterical laughing at the thought of her grabbing his neck and shaking his head. Poor guy must have been frozen to his seat because he never turned around and he didn't leave. Maybe he wet his pants.
Schicken needs an excorcist, Pirl is a psycho, Pixie is flying over the cuckoo's nest having nightmares on elm street and ngam is into arsenic and old lace.
That concludes my summary.
My girlfriend lived on Ocean Avenue, Amityville for about 20 years - scene of "The Amityville Nightmare".
Any stories?
Al is Howdy Doody.
Can I be Princess Winter Summer Fall and Spring?
Nightmare on Elm Street was actually the one that gave me nightmares. I was 24-25 yrs. old and DH thought he'd be funny and trip the fuse box so the lights wouldn't work. Then he hid in the dark and whispered 'Freddies Coming" . He didn't think it was so funny when I ran screaming from the house and down the road to my BF house.
.......to your boyfriend's house?
best friend
Whew!
Talk about flashbacks! Princess Summer Spring Winter Fall or whatever it was. Clarabell used to scare me. Don't even talk about Flubberdub, what was that thing? Anyone who has no idea what we are talking about is still young. LOL. :)
I loved that show, even Clarabell with that red nose.
The stupid horn for talking made me crazy even as a kid.
It probably drove him nuts, too!
Howdy Doody, folks. I'm back at work, again. Sigh!
With the Peanut Gallery?
