Star Trek reference. The kids that were trying to takeover the ship called grownups - grups for short. Spooky kids.

Gotta find that episode. We watch old Star Trek episodes some evenings.

Can't remeber the whole story, something about they find these kids and try to bring them home but they have gone all Lord of the Flies on them.

I was wondering if it is legal for us to keep this thread going well beyond # 14?? Can we morph it into something that suggests a rambling rose or something?? We are rambling, aren't we?? But why not?

No there are still a few dial-ups. I took a poll a while back. But this loads a bit slowly - even for me - because of all the photos.

My pinus tulipia (wooden tulips) are doing great. They are hardy from zones 0-21

Dial up here! And the loading is slow, but still tolerable. That is to say that I am not tempted to throw my coffee cup at the screen for it being so slow.

I think we can stay awhile on #13.

So Al did the daisies self seed there? Nature does plan things better than us sometimes don't you think? A nice low maint. bed, just what every garden needs with the bonus of long lasting color too. :)

Lovely shades, Al, but watch those pine beetles!! LOL

I might divide them next year and pot up some splinters. Don't know where those daisies came from, must have been in the bark.
