Great job Eleanor. I like both the third one (hanging with the larger leaves) and Celeste's photo one. Should we vote for one or go with two?? Will Zazzle give the discount based in the total number ordered by a group or for only one design?

victor - I just checked the site and it said you can get 5% off for two shirts, even if they are different designs and the more you buy the more you get off. Eleanor

Thanks Eleanor. But can we save even more by telling them up front how many of each design we want and then get the discount that goes with those numbers?? In other words a group discount price vs. an individual multi-shirt discount?

I imagine that shirts will have to be shipped to the same address for the discount to apply.

A: If your contributed product is customizable, members will be able to change, add, and remove, text. They can also, remove, and/or add images. They cannot modify or edit existing images. If you select your product not to be customizable, members can still change the color, style and size of the product.

I just sent an e-mail to them asking about volumn orders and how to place them. Let you know what I find out. I am glad to be able to help the NE Forum and I'm having fun in the process!! LOL Eleanor

Thanks again Eleanor! Ideal would be to be able to give them a total number of shirts and say, two designs. Then we would be able to order (and pay) individually, referencing some code which identifies us as part of the group. Then no one gets stuck with having to order for everyone, etc.

It would be less burdensome to be able to order with a code, but if we all order separately, would we get the mega discount?

I am waiting to hear from them with answers to your questions. Victor - have you talked with them at all concerning orders cause I know you are the one who started all of this. I was on the site a lot today and I thought I would try and find out some of these things. I don't want to take that away from you - I was more concerned at first with just the designs. Maybe I should take up drinking fiddlehead wine. Then I wouldn't think up puns all the time. Actually, I saw the expression "With fronds like yours, who needs anenomes?" written somewhere on a site devoted to shade gardening.

My Dad was always saying he was going to make dandelion wine, so he set me to picking the blossoms. Is there a dandelion wine, or was he just trying to get someone to weed???? He never did make the wine... methinks I was bamboozled!!!

There is a dandelion wine!! I remember picking bushels of them for Dad....and he made it.....and it was powerful stuff!!

I just talked with Zazzle on the phone. There would be a group discount for indidvidual orders if more than one shirt were ordered. But they said there was no way to get a discount for a group of people ordering them unless one person did the ordering. Where do we go from here? I'm not sure the discount would be worth the trouble involved in having one person do the ordering for such a wide spread group. It might be easier if everyone placed their own order - to get sizes, color, style of shirt, and design correct (my opinion, not telling you what to do). Eleanor

I agree Eleanor, not everyone will want a crew neck, some may want V-neck. Some may prefer green, blue, gray or black, but I think that's part of what makes us such a special group. We all agree we can be different here and we are!!

Prices are going to vary on the style, color, and size of the shirt also. We could also choose from all of the designs.
Victor - do we need the daves garden logo on it or are we free to just use the website as I've been doing it. Does anything go on the back of the shirt? Eleanor

Eleanor, I suggest you Dmail Terry and tell her you designed the shirts I had contacted her about. Send her the link and see if she gives the green light.

You can choose the design or designs you want, choose your style of shirt, size and color!! Watch carefully cause of the shirts (in the womens especially) run small and they tell you to order a size or tow larger. I will start up a special thread to advertise them. Eleanor
