I think it may be powdery mildew (sounds like what it looks like maybe?). The inside of the plant is just dying off. There is also what looks like rust on the leaves. What is it and how can I help my peonies? (two are affected)
Thank you!

What's wrong with my peonies?
It most likely is powdery mildew. Make sure you cut all the stems down to the ground and dispose of them ASAP
Overwatering and high humidity cause this, peonies are very drought tolerant and do not need so much water.
Spray with a fungicide in the beginning of spring.
