Need help identifying this plant and best conditions for it
Looks like a schefflera to me. It's been quite a while since I've had one, so I don't remember remember much about caring for it.

Sheffleras like to go dry between watering, moderate but not bright light. I have one that's about 15 years old now. Cut it back to half it's size 2 years ago as it was getting too lanky. Looks great now.
hmmm I am trying to figure this one out too, I have exactly the same with 3 per pot and it isn't lie the schefflera, more like the money plant, I have heard it called an umbrella and will keep looking...
It depends on which one it is as to how much sun it will take. I have two S. actinophylla growing in the ground in my backyard, in full sun! http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/37035/
