Bought this with no idea what it was -- it was just kind of cool looking. The leaves are purplish, fuzzy and grow sideways in clusters from larger to smaller. I have it hanging in a bright indirect light spot. Whenever I water it, the draining water is dark brown. Any ideas what it is, and why the draining water is so dark?
Thanks!
Plant ID
Looks like a Tradescantia, probably T. sillamontana

Staining from the soil.
Thank you for the info! It's great to know what it is!
