And such a deal at only $79.95 plus S&H!

Lends new definition to the meaning of sqaure meal deal and it certainly takes the fun out of launching watermelons and watching them explode when they hit the ground now doesn't it.

Each square watermelon sellf for $83 Yikes?

They have to offset the costs of those forms some way!

And we thought the US was the only country to doll out government grant funds foolishly. I can't help but think how ridiculous these square watermelons are and now I can't get that tune from Huey Lewis and the News out of my head "It's Hip to be Square".

I'd be for square eggs that don't roll off the counter when you're baking if the price was right but don't quite see the need for square watermelons. They look like a Martha Stewart project gone bad.

I think the square eggs would be even more expensive. Think of the cost of putting all the chickens through training to learn how to do that.

The watermelons are definitely a Martha Stewart project done bad. LOL

I was just mentioning to a friend that somebody could make big money off these as a joke and I came up with a few ideas that reduced me to snickers and giggles at my own thoughts.

I will stick with the round watermelons. They taste better.

Square eggs would definitely come in handy, but they'd definitely have to come up with a new design for the poor chickens...OUCH!!
