Please help me figure out what this plant is. It is growing fast and needs to be moved from the front of my garden. The leaves have a sweet smell. Any help is appreciated.

sorry for the mistake, i have a pokeberry that's decided to invade my front flower bed, 150 yards or so away from all the wild pokeberries at the edge of the woods, and your picture looks a lot like the little guy i haven't pulled out yet LOL
