Beautiful Joseph!!! This one here http://davesgarden.com/forums/fp.php?pid=3847862 is simalar to one of mine
Thanks, Jackie and Ronnie! It has been good light conditions for photography the last 3 mornings.
Ronnie, that seems to be a perfect match between #14 and the one you showed. The last picture sure looks like Xiong's Chinese MG. The chocolate JMG is as dark a chocolate as I have seen! I liked all your pictures; nice work!
Joseph
Thanks Joseph, the last one is Xiong's, I forgot!! The chocolate really is dark, no trick photography there! LOL, it is one of Emma's marked 'cocoa'
Really love those chocolates, especially that side shot very nice.
Ipomoea albivenia flowers open in early evening and last but one day to the next evening. When the flower drops away, it leaves behind the ovary almost the size of a green olive. You can see the hairlike filament of the style remaining, sticking straight out as if it were a Hors d'Oeuvres toothpick. Now that culinary-format description won't make it into a botanical publication. LOL
Ronnie, gorgeous flowers. Love them all. The dark chocolate is amazing.
Jackie
Thanks Jackie!
I'm loving everyone's pics, I also enjoyed your description, Joseph :)
Well, I guess my break I talked about didn`t happen. I edited the poorly worded post on the other mg 2007 thread and I hope Ron,Emma, bluespiral and everyone will accept my explanations and apology as being genuine and sincere which it certainly is. So that is my public apology so everyone knows.
Things are settling down so I`m going to take the break I was talking about. School at home will be in session soon and our business is picking up speed.
I decided to stop by this morning and see more pretty flowers. I have a few flowers to share that are works in progress. One is from a F2 from a grow out that turned out a progressing to a nearly white blizzard flower and it made another strange flower on the same vine.
You can see this is the blizzard flower progressed to almost white and on the same vine behind this one is the strange flower.

Just saw this, what a great bloom to start a new thread with!!!!
I thought about starting a new thread on some mutant flowers. I just planted a seed from the lavender wierd branched one and I think later on I`ll share a thread on the outcome of the offspring from this one. I have one seedling from this started and it already looks like it has thickening in the stems. We will see, later!
Karen, all beautiful. Love the pastel blue mutant flower.
I haven't had the chance to read on this Thread yet except for glancing.
Some AWESOME stuff.
Ronnie,
Wow,
This is the best photo yet that I've seen of 'Cocoa Chocolate'
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=3848456
Still True and Open Pollinated.
Very impressive!
Karen,
Gee, I 'almost' missed that!
Emma
Thanks Emma, I am hoping it's far away enough from the others to stay that way!!
Wow, the Oreheme is very impressive. I really like the shaded appearance of the folds. It is quite striking! Karen
I like that Kikyo cross, and the lavendar mist!
